Plan Fee

The plan fee depends on the duration of your travel, and is calculated at $20.00 per month inclusive of GST.

There is no minimum joining time and no initial setup fees.

Postage Account

When you contact Pass the Post to request your mail to be sent, the cost will be deducted from your Postage Account, which has been paid up front.  The postal costs are calculated at the cost of the envelope and stamp plus 30% inclusive of GST.

For some clients, this postage fee will last them for their whole travels, however if you receive a large quantity of mail, or if you would like your mail to be sent express post, you may need to top up the postage account at some stage.

Scan / Postage Account

This fee is to be paid in advance and covers the cost of scanning your mail, and the eventual forwarding of your paper mail.  Each page scanned is $0.50 inclusive of GST and will be deducted from your scan fee. The postal costs are calculated as the cost of the envelope and stamp plus 30% inclusive of GST .

For some clients, this scan / postage account will last them for their whole travels, however if you receive a large quantity of mail, or if you would like your mail to be sent express post, you may need to top up the postage account at some stage.

Depositing Cheques

The cost of depositing a cheque is $2.50

Fax

The cost of sending a fax is $1.00 per page

Personal Shopping

The cost of providing shopping online or in store with parcel forwarding is available on request
