The postal address of Pass the Post becomes your contact base while you are travelling.  This can be achieved by placing a redirection on your existing mail, or by having your mail sent directly to the Locked Bag.

All of your mail is catalogued in our office thereby making it easier to change your address back at the end of your travels.

When you contact us, your mail will then be forwarded to nearest Post Office, Caravan Park or residence, wherever is most convenient to you.   You can nominate if you would like us to send it express or normal post, depending on your time constraints.

Once you join Pass the Post, you will be issued with a customer identification number and the address. The ID number is to be quoted on all correspondence or telephone calls received into our office to correctly identify your mail.

Plan Fee

The plan fee depends on the duration of your travel, and is calculated at $20.00 per month.  There is no minimum joining time and no initial setup fees.

Postage Account
When you contact Pass the Post to request your mail to be sent, the cost will be deducted from your Postage Account, which has been paid up front.  The postal costs are calculated at the cost of the envelope and stamp plus 20%.

For some clients, this postage fee will last them for their whole travels, however if you receive a large quantity of mail, or if you would like your mail to be sent express post, you may need to top up the postage account at some stage.
